LUMINARY FESTIVAL UPDATE – Saturday, Dec 13, noon-7p – Chair Barb Baker updating – could still use more empty milk jugs – next planning meeting is today Sept 16 at Historical Museum at 6:30 pm.
GUEST SPEAKER, JEFF DANIELS of MUNCIE AUTO GROUP – Jeff gave an update on the local auto market as it compares to national industry trends as well information on the Nebo Commons Development
MISCELLANEOUS NEWS/ANNOUNCEMENTS – Town Council meeting is Monday, Sept 22; Sept 26 is homecoming game, Sept 27 is homecoming parade; YWCA Sept 27 is “A Walk in Her Heels”; YUMC hosts Harvest Dinner on Oct 3 from 4-7p; Lifestream is sponsoring “Safe at Home” project on Oct 18 from 8-noon; James Dalton is leaving eKeepers for an opportunity with Damage Doctors and will not be continuing as president in 2015; nomination committee will be formed next month
