Hot Spot: Breakfast Sponsor (3 minutes): Encompass Home Appraisals, Katadyn Connerly: Encompass Home Appraisals has been in business for 11 years. They have 4 employees. They provide residential appraisal service in these counties: Henry County, Hancock County, Grant County, Hamilton County, Boone County, Blackford County, Delaware County, Marion County, and Madison County. In order to be an appraiser, you must have a Bachelor’s degree, 2500 hours experience and pass a state exam. A way to improve the value of a home is to spend money to update a kitchen or bathrooms. A lot of people believe that adding a 3 season room to the house will increase the value, if it isn’t heated it will not increase the value.
