Sarah McCord, owner of Cardinal Capital Management, LLC, has been in the financial services business for 17 years.

Having served in the US Air Force, Sarah is president the YWCA board and was ambassador of the year for the Muncie-Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, where she also is involved in the government relations committee.

Owner of four cats, Sarah, with another Yorktown chamber member, Starr Manning, travels each May to Best Friends Animal Society in southern Utah. There on the 3,700 acres in the red rock country they volunteer for a week to care for the rescue animals in the largest no-kill animal sanctuary in the country. No wonder her personal philosophy is “Be kind to everyone.”

She is currently reading Warren Buffett’s Tap Dancing to Work or as she fondly calls it “Skipping My Way to Work” because she doesn’t know how to tap dance.
